What's Included?
This program is recommended for new clients seeking online personal training. You should have access to a gym or gym equipment at home, and because this includes a strength training component you will need access to weights.
The first week includes an Introductory 60-minute session, including reviewing your history, goal-setting, and providing an overview on the menopause transition and general fitness and nutrition recommendations.
