What type of workouts can I expect?
We offer four strength training workouts per week, as well as short sessions of high-intensity intervals. These conditions are necessary for effective menopause fitness and to build lean mass during menopause. There are beginner to advanced options, as well as gym or at-home options to choose from.

Can I do my workouts at home?
Yes! There are at-home and gym options to choose from each day.
I am so busy, should I even bother?
You should! Our menopause weight loss program has created an express at-home option with 30-minute workouts. Invest this time in yourself, and you will feel incredible - we promise.
I am a beginner. Can I still participate?
Yes, we have included beginner workouts, as well as intermediate to advanced. We are here as your menopause coach to support you. We provide a beginner's guide; there are videos for each exercise, along with instructions.
What do I need to participate?
If you go to the gym, nothing extra is needed. If you want to work out at home and are a beginner, you will need exercise bands and a mat. If you are doing express home workouts (intermediate level), you will need some dumbbells and a mat.
I love food, I am worried this program will be too restrictive.
Nope! We recommend an anti-inflammatory diet, but the beauty of this way of menopause nutrition is you can eat delicious food and not feel hungry. Our comprehensive menopause diet plan provides recipes and guidance to get you set up for success.
How is this program different from all the other fitness programs out there?

I already attend a fitness program I love, is this still the right program for me?
Yes, because we are not only focused on fitness! You can keep doing activities you love. We will coach you to gradually increase the weights you are lifting in your fitness classes, or if you are a runner or cyclist for instance, we will suggest ways you can integrate a strength routine as well (which research indicates are essential for building lean mass and aging healthy).
