8 Weeks at a Glance

Week 1 - Laying the Foundations: You will be introduced to my Simple 6-Step Protocol for building lean body composition, and you will start your workouts in my user-friendly app. 3 workouts to choose from each day, including a Beginner (at home or gym), an Intermediate At-Home 30-minute express, or an Intermediate-Advanced Gym Workout

Week 2 - Nutrition Deep Dive: No strict diets! You'll learn what to eat and practical tips for meal planning to ensure you're getting the nutrients you need to thrive. Plus, savoury and sweet recipes to keep you nourished and satisfied.

Week 3 -Embrace Strength and HIIT: We will focus on the life-long benefits of strength training and high-intensity interval training

Week 4 - Cortisol Control and Improving Sleep: Break the Cycle of Exhaustion. We'll explore sleep routines, stress reduction techniques, mindfulness practices, and lifestyle adjustments to help you balance cortisol levels and get the rest and recovery you need.

Week 5 - Taming Inflammation & Insulin Resistance, and Improving Gut Health: This week, we will cover a range of factors that affect our metabolism, contribute to muscle loss and weight gain, and explore strategies to counteract these effects.

Week 6- Demystifying Menopause Hormone Therapy (MHT): We will review FAQ's related to MHT so you are equipped with the information and strategies to work with your healthcare provider(s).

Week 7- Solidifying Habits: Focus on your mindset, start setting boundaries and explore habit stacking so that your habits stick.

Week 8- Review and pulling it all together: Build your vision and plan for thriving through the menopause transition and beyond.
